Membership Terms
Plans
Membership is offered as Observer (free), Professional (£19 per month or £190 per year) and Organisation (£99 per month). Public-sector access is free subject to verification.
Billing
Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
Existing members
Existing paying members keep their current billing. Access is mapped to the equivalent new tier, and any future pricing changes are managed separately by an administrator.
Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Annual refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
